• After confirming the reservation, the customer is not entitled to claim any new offer offered by the Happiness Truck.
• If any item in the event is damaged, the customer will compensate for its value based on its market value.

• Exchanges and refunds are permitted within 30 days of the purchase and this needs to be accompanied by the original receipt.

• The customer shall bear the cost of delivery in case of cancellation or replacement.
